The remaining 11 episodes did not have available prints for brand new scans to be produced (due to time-related damage to the original materials) and were given an upscaled presentation utilizing a standard definition source.
The affected episodes are mostly from the second-half of the second season (and there is one episode of the third and final season which was also affected). The affected episodes were each presented with an upscaled presentation as follows:
Season 2:
"Eyewitness", "Final Cut", "The Last Resort" "Armory", "Sneak Peek", "The Eggbaby", "Zeta", "Plague", "April Moon", "Sentries of the Lost Cosmos"
Season 3:
"Speak No Evil"

If they are encoded at 1080i they should be labeled 1080i. If they are in standard definition, state whether they are 480i, 576i, etc.
English HoH, French, German HoH, Spanish, Swedish HoH and Swedish (signs/text? nothing shows on the film, but the extras it’s HoH)
Please be clear about the Swedish subtitles. Which is showing "nothing" in the film, and for extras, are you sure it's HoH labeling people's names and sound effects?

Yes, nothing shows up on the film. Yet when I was watching and checking the extras it at least showed the names of whomever was speaking along with dialogue.

OK, but the quality is low with slight pixelation, especially the animated sequences.

For the main feature itself are the Swedish subtitles a standard type or HoH type?

And please update your main post, removing "HD" and "SD" and stating the actual resolution it is encoded in.

According to the BDinfo scan there are small German and small Swedish tracks rather than just empty, signifying subtitles for the dub tracks. We don't add these usually, but I'm sure if you watch with the small Swedish subtitle track there will be some minor text translations during the film.

And another thing as we've mentioned before, don't put periods at the end of commentary listings. These are not sentences.

Now added. Thank you!

That's why I was assuming it maybe for "signs/text". Though it is odd that on the extras it appears to be HoH. If it has no use the disc will block you from selecting it. Such as on the “Crash” music video. So you would expect they would do the same for the film as well if it was useless.

P.S. I'll send some photos that I took using Photo Booth (so not great quality) to show what the menus show. As well as the extra and film via Facebook since I have trouble posting photos here directly from my computer.
