Just some interesting comparison from the ZonaDVD: (google translate)

Being such a recent title, it is surprising the existence of countless different versions around the world, both on Blu-ray and standard definition (DVD). Among these, we highlight the following:

Blu-ray Spanish special edition: appears one month after the "basic" edition (which comes in a standard box), its characteristics can be seen here and includes an exclusive comic and a booklet as the main added value. Like the reviewed edition, it does not have the subtitles burned in the image in the unfolded sequences.

Blu-ray special edition (United Kingdom): it has audio and subtitles in Spanish (Hispanic), in addition to burned-out English subtitles in the image (which causes the annoying presence of two subtitles in different languages simultaneously for much of the footage ). Of course, there is a special presentation with the embossed cover, poster reproductions and even a copy of the strudel recipe.

Blu-ray North American edition: also with audio and subtitles in Spanish (Hispanic) and with English subtitles burned in the image. As an added value (although of little value in our opinion), there is a second disc with the digital copy. Also, the US album provides access to online BD-live content, to view promotional clips; In addition, it carries the trivia game "Killin 'Nazis Trivia Challenge", which seems to have been lost on this side of the Atlantic.

Blu-ray special edition Collectors (Germany): with posters, postcards, the recipe and a comic; the box is steelbook. No burned subtitles, but does not have Spanish or subtitles in our language.

Blu-ray special edition (France): with the same disc that is put on sale in Spain (audio and subtitles in Spanish, without burned subtitles) and steelbook box.
In all these Blu-ray versions, the additional contents are practically the same as the Spanish disc. Of course, the Standard DVD Edition lacks most extras - not so the Collector's Edition DVD, which does have the same added material, although in standard definition.

Original:

Hello Matthew,
All other Universal Blu-ray releases of this film are Region ALL. Are you certain this release is Region B-locked?

I'm pretty sure it's ALL, too.

I put B because that's what the reviews say. I do that so we don't run into a; I put ALL, but then someone says "but the reviews say B" situation. If I find otherwise on the back cover then I state it in parenthetical next to it. Sadly Universal doesn't seem to put the ABC on the back cover, though one could argue no ABC on the back means ALL (because why waste the print/space unless it's locked, right).

OK, I have added it as Region ALL, especially because the link you provided stated it is the exact same disc as the French release, which was listed as Region ALL.
