1. AR is 1.78:1 as already stated. However, it seems to have been stretched horizontally, probably from 1.66:1 to 1.78:1.

I compared some shots with the Cult Epics Blu-ray (which looks neither stretched nor squeezed), and although the framing varies from shot to shot, for the most part the DVD has slightly more image vertically, while the Blu-ray has slightly more image horizontally. Since both DVD and Blu-ray versions fill the 1.78:1 screen, the DVD's additional vertical image and reduced horizontal image both contribute to the effective horizontal stretching on the DVD. I cannot guarantee this stretching is consistent throughout the movie, but a quick check by me at various points suggests that it is probably generally present by about the same amount.

After posting this, I noticed that the Black Angel trailer (8:07) on the Blu-ray is actually the same as the Black Angel Promo that appears on the Cult Epics DVD and Blu-ray releases of Black Angel, so you might want to rename it as such (and if you do, you might want to also remove the note about the runtime not being a typo).
