Both are listed as 1952, but IMDB lists this film as released 1953. Does this count as a correction? I don't know what source reference is used for dates of films/etc here on dvdcompare, I wondered if it might be IMDB?
1952 was the copyright on the print. The film was made in January 1952 and was completed in that year but sat around on the shelf until April 1953 when it was premiered in London. It didn't see US release until July '53. So, to my mind a 1952 film.
