That's what Bdinfo says, yes. The whole release is strange if one considers that this is the Kickstarter release directly from the authors: Audio and picture is in poorer quality than in some of the normal releases.

I don’t see anywhere that says 25fps. It says “23.976fps”, so basically 24fps but strangely encoded in 1080i.

Yeah, I thought 23.9XXX equals 25, didn't know there is also 24fps... The other two bonus features are in 29.XXX fps.
