The Starlight release is defenitely a bootleg - also the fake 3D release. Capelight's release is the only one that's ok.
The rights holder for Germany is/was Ulrich (now Fokus Media). He released quite some information about this on facebook some days ago in German and English: https://www.facebook.com/multimediaulrich
Thomas Buresch is the guy behind "Laser Paradise" . They operate under different company names also. If a release comes from Laserparadise (Laser Paradise), one should always pay close attention.
I copied some of the info from the facebook post from today:
"(...) The contract was formulated simply and actually very clear.
Laser Paradiese only had the FSK 18 version and never had the rights to a FSK 16 version that time in front.
The legal license period ended on 09/30/2001. In addition, there is a 6-month sales permit according to the contract. So by 03/30/2002 at the latest, Laser Paradiese was not allowed to sell any more DVDs. Since 09/30/2001 each is up to the release of Capelight
published edition of Laser Paradies a pirated copy.

This shows the criminal energy of Laser Paradise very clearly. This BluRay was released under STARLIGHT FILM / EAGLE ENTERTAINMENT. The company Eagle Enteratinment was replaced in 2003 by my new company Eagle Media. The manufacturers of this pirated copy used the company logo of T.I.P. TRADING / EAGLE ENTERTAINMENT, which was seen on the legal DVD's.
