- original release distributor is Madman (licensed from Universal but not actually distributed by them)

- Shock release audio track is English Dolby True HD 5.1

nb: just realized the original 2011 Australian release isn't here. It's a direct clone of the US disc from Universal, distributed by Madman in Australia. Current info for the Shock version (which is from 2018) is correct except for the audio.
