I can't fully verify, but this does match up with the Holland release.

On the menu (http://www.zonadvd.com/modules.php?name ... e&sid=4959) there is Spanish Version (Version en Espanol) and Original Subtitled Version (Version Original Subtitulada).

I would ask you to message the reviewer, but it seems with the info on the Dutch disc and the menu layout that it can be confirmed having forced subtitles. Don't second guess and write (optional) when you are not sure.
