Thank you for the info Matt, but a few notes:
You didn't provide the Amazon ID.
You forgot to mention about the booklet.
To make things easier, please write the runtimes in minutes/seconds, and not hours/minutes/seconds.

I'm not sure what the Amazon ID is or what I'm supposed to say about the booklet.
I did list the extras in MM:SS, it just slipped my mind for the movie runtime. Fixed now.

Go to the Amazon product page and the page has the ASIN in the listing and in the addres.
For booklets or anything extra that is not on the disc itself, it should be placed as "Notes:"

Do I need to note anything specific about it, or merely its existence?
EDIT: I've just seen the listing. The select-scene commentary isn't available as an alternate audio track, it's a separate video clip containing just those scenes which is why I listed it under "extras" and not "commentaries".

Also I note you changed the aspect ratio from 1.33 to 1.37. Why?

Basically noting it's existence is fine. "Includes a booklet" or "Includes artcards" for example. If you want to specify the number of pages or amount that is also useful.Matt_Bailey wrote:Do I need to note anything specific about it, or merely its existence?

As for the aspect ratio, I assumed it was 1.37:1 since that is what's listed on Arrow's site. Is it wrong and is it actually measured as 1.33:1?

I took a screenshot and cropped off the black bars, it came to 1440x1080 which is 1.33:1.
