Thanks, James, and well done for confirming the Oz disc is the same as the others; I suspected as much.
The BD footnote can now be jettisoned: The only release available as far as we know.
One more to add: I've just confirmed the spec of the only other BD to date. It's a limited edition, HMV-exclusive, dual format set which includes the US and UK Paramount BD and DVD. It comes in retro style VHS packaging and there are no live online listings but it's on BD.com and eBay.
