When listing audio tracks, please write the language first, followed by what type of audio. In addition for languages like Spanish, please write the language followed by the regional dialect. "Spanish (Castilian)" for example. Also, please list them in alphabetical order. (Original language first, followed by the dubs. For subtitles, all in alphabetical order.Matt_Bailey wrote: Dolby Digital French 1.0
Dolby Digital German 1.0
Dolby Digital Italian 1.0
Dolby Digital Castillian Spanish 1.0
Dolby Digital Latin Spanish 1.0
Dolby Digital Portuguese 1.0
For extras, please label featurette, documentary, interview, etc. "The John Garfield Story" documentary , for example.Introduction by Richard Jewell (5:04)

Well, one assumes the Turner thing is also a documentary but what exactly defines a "featurette" and what other 'types' of extras are there? Everything else should be pretty clear, it's a couple of short films and an introduction. And a radio play.

I think the rule of thumb is that a featurette is essentially any documentary of less than 40-45 minutes in length.
Red Hot Riding Hood is a well-known WB cartoon.

We label "featurette" as less than 30 minutes, but there are exceptions here and there.
Brent, "Little Red Riding Hood" is not a Warner Bros. cartoon but an MGM cartoon.
"Little Red Riding Hood" 1943 MGM cartoon is how it should be listed rather than "short film".
Waiting for the fixes to be applied.

"Little Red Riding Hood" is not the name of anything that's on the disc...

Why do I need to list the studio and everything else? It's a short film.James-Masaki_Ryan wrote:We label "featurette" as less than 30 minutes, but there are exceptions here and there.

Nobody has time to sit down and watch everything all the way through, then dig up arcane research into who produced what. It's not exactly relevant to anything, is it?

You don't need to list out the studio, but it is helpful. I was pointing out to Brent that it was not a WB Looney Tunes/Merrie Melodies short but from MGM, though styles are similar since it was directed by Tex Avery who worked at Termite Terrace for some time before going to MGM.
"Short film" would imply it's a live action film, but cartoon or "animated short" would be clearer.

Well everything else is as you've asked, I believe, so you can decide how you want to list it I guess.
