I cant answer that. i dont know spanish. All i know that it translated the english perfekt. And all i know it is english subtitles for the spanish lang on the international version.

No, it doesn't. The video clip you show doesn't caption the English dub. The translation is different. Therefore, the subtitles are for the Spanish audio. Not for the English dialogue.
