Very interesting. This seems to be exactly the same as the Shout! Factory, in the US. Makes one wonder if this all the same, and all they did was change the menus / cover.

Yep, it essentially is. Although the SF version doesn't have the screw-up with the deleted scenes from Dream of the Dead which this one has.
