The subtitles are listed as "Bone", which I'm assuming is a typo for "None" but I have the disc and it actually has optional English HoH subs.

Why is that my obligation to provide? Why didn't anyone ask whoever made the initial submission?

It's pretty discouraging, in terms of doing this, when an attempt to help is met with demands for more even more information.
