My copy doesn’t have the glasses or the slipcase.

The 3D trailer is encoded incorrectly. If you turn your 3D glasses upside down, you can see it correctly (I can only test this with active 3D glasses).

Yes, all the HD extras are in 1080p24.

Does the commentary, documentary, and interview have optional German subtitles?

No. The commentary does have optional English subtitles (but no German ones). The documentary has optional English subtitles only. The interview doesn’t have any subtitles — only two audio tracks (the original English, and a German dub).
