Codec should be MVC if it is real 3D (and not anaglyph 3D)

It doesn't show me MVC in bdinfo, only AVC MPEG-4.

I can't say, since I don't own a 3D TV anymore.

If it uses anaglyph 3D, you don't need a 3D TV to playback the 3D.

Does it say anywhere on the packaging of what kind of 3D is used?

If you have BDInfo software, when scanning a 3D Blu-ray disc, it should say "Detected Features: Blu-ray 3D"
If it doesn't say that, it would be a standard Blu-ray with a anaglyph 3D transfer.

It's anaglyph then. 3D plays like normal.

So the 3D version has a red/green tint for the anaglyph 3D?
Did the Blu-ray come with Red/Green anaglyph glasses in the case?

No and no. If I press 3D it seems to be exactly the same picture as if I try 2D. And there were no glasses.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anaglyph_3D

Anaglyph 3D uses Red/Green tints to simulate 3D with 3D glasses. There is no tint to the 3D version on the disc?
And you're sure the disc is not a 3D Blu-ray by running a BDinfo scan on it?

BDInfo shows Blu-ray 3D as a detected feature. But no MVC, only AVC MPEG-4.

BDinfo won't state "MVC", but MVC (Multiview Video Coding) is what is used to have two AVC video streams to play at the same time, for left and right eyes.

Tnx, I didn't know that - neither was I aware of this "Blu-ray 3D" message in BDInfo - on second look I discovered it. Sorry for the delay, won't happen again with future 3D releases ;-). Ah, one little thing: Credit missed ;-). And maybe this "Comes in a white keep case." should also be amended to "first pressing". I read that the second pressing (Koch did a second one) has a blue case.
