Back does claim 1.0 mono, but of course we can't alway trust the back covers.

It's mono, but not DTS-HD Master Audio 1.0 which one could assume according to the label on the cover (it's labeled "Mono 1.0" only) but DTS-HD Master Audio 2.0 Mono. The card is a "certificate" from the release company OFDb for the limited edition with the number of the copy printed on the certificate. And of course it's not only for the "German buyers" , it's just for the German release
