Are there subtitles for any of the Blu-ray extras?
No.
The DVD is really just a promotional bonus disc and has nothing to do with the series. Other than that it has the first episode/pilot of the series. Even the "Archer" episode is the same as the one on the Blu-ray Disc (I stuck with what the disc menus said, hence; why the blu-ray says 'Pilot Episode' and DVD says 'Mole Hunt', yet they're the same.)
