1. about Soundtracks: German LPCM 2.0 (is this mono soundtrack like original English soundtrack?)
2. about Extras: 1080p, 1080i50 or SD?

It just says 2.0 on the back of the box and on the menu. Doesn't specify. It seems to be mono though.

The trailer is 1920x1080, 29.97fps.

29.97fps, so it is 1080i60. Really odd format in German disc. How about picture Gallery (1080p or something else)?

It's not a video file, I assume it's just built into the menu system or something.

The trailer is in English, so I'm assuming it's just created for US TV or something. It looks to all be identical in content to the Kino disc, just with different menus and language tracks and such.
