Yes, it’s PAL video, and there are no subtitles for the bonus materials, and none for the audio commentary.

For the Warner release, the trailer is 1080p?

Yes, 1080p24.

I also updated the runtimes of the galleries in the US and other releases, and I assume the Scandinavian Warner is the same as well. Can you confirm?

No. The menus seem a bit different.

The “Storyboards” are not under the “Still Galleries” menu but they are an item of their own on the same level as “Still Galleries”. There are no “Play All” options, and no “Collectibles” stills (my mistake!). Otherwise, the runtimes seem identical:
