Well without being able to see the DVD page right now, can't say. However, if remember right when it came to some I took from the HD-DVD.
For the "The Great Magic Book of Merlin" is just used the best translation I could get. Same goes for "Green Food and Shrek" though there I was able to find some online of people cooking the recipe, though most are pretty straight-forward for both sections.
