Also, is there a "Play All" for the episodes?

Added runtimes for most episodes. "Central episodes" on disc 1-3 located on both layers of the disc and TSMuxer can't give their correct runtimes. I don't know how to get them any other way, since my HD-DVD/Blu-ray player (LG BH100) gives runtime of all episodes on a disc, just if they are one single title consists of 15 chapters.

since my HD-DVD/Blu-ray player (LG BH100) gives runtime of all episodes on a disc
Could you list the "play all" runtime instead then?

Total runtime of Disc 1 is 2 hours, 32 minutes and 17 seconds
Disc 2 - 2 hours, 32 minutes and 44 seconds
Disc 3 - 2 hours, 33 minutes and 11 seconds

What kind of case is it? Is it not a Digipack or plastic keep case? Could you post pictures?

This case is made mostly of carton. It's very much like cases of Lord of the rings Extended editions dvd's, I can say it as it's owner.

The Lord of the Rings Extended Edition that I have is a Digipack case. I assume it's similar.
