So, is an exclusive only available on Two Birds Films website?

Yeah, it does appear to be exclusive. I won it through Two Birds Facebook page about a year ago, I didn't purchase it, so I didn't realise it wasn't widely available. But yeah, it seems to be only available directly through Two Birds.
