The master on Arrow's Blu-ray is a new 4K scan and remastered in 2K; it should be uncut. The other releases use an older HD master which contains frame cuts (note the stark running time differences).

Some other titles were redone for the boxset which hopefully rectifies the frame cut issues:

Having assisted another label, I can verify the general claim of frame cuts on these older masters: for one title, a comparison between Celestial's master and a transfer of a used print reveals frames are cut at shot changes (sometimes the operators will cut even more frames out).

Thanks. I would describe older releases as cut in the sections as sometimes more than two seconds are missing from shots, etc.
