N.B.:
1. As far as I can tell, the easter egg is only on the Blu-ray, but NOT on the DVD in this Arrow 2-disc set (my guess is that there was not enough capacity on the DVD to include it).
2. The image gallery on the DVD is smaller, as it omits some of the images compared with the Blu-ray.
3. I expect all these details are the same for the US Arrow (Blu-ray + DVD) release. I can't confirm this myself, but given the region codings, the UK and US disc sets are probably identical. It does seem that the US Blu-ray has the easter egg, according to the following websites:
