Is the DVD copy the shorter US version of the film? Does it have a different title screen compared to the Blu-ray?

I dont know why you call the dvd USA cut. The USA cut was 82min
I think the dvd version is called Vengeance Edition (also i dont know why that one is 104min and this one is 103min)
but dvdcompare is mention that the older dvd is 103min and not 104

Keep in mind that Vinegar Syndrome is doing a UHD/Blu-ray combo from a 4K restoration later this year.

I believe Synape comes from the master prepared for the DVD (or at least the same materials used for the older scan).

no they have the same titel but
the dvd is R-rated cut, the blu-ray is the unrated cut

The US cut was 82m as Asmund pointed out. Syanpse's Vengeance Edition cut was not the US version, just a newly-created version that trimmed the stronger bits for general sales.
