yes they are identical for both

Can you please recheck the Polish audio track.
Also if there is Russian subtitles. The Polish disc BDReport doesn't show them.

The problem is this Powerdvd says it is 7.1 (which dont excist for Dolby Digital without plus) so i pretty much assumed it was an error and BDINFO cant show 7.1
Powerdvd is never wrong here. It shows the others correctly
