I have stated that there are no cuts. Episode "The Nowhere Child" on Disc Four is about twenty seconds shorter than the majority of the episodes in this DVD set. It didn't have a restoration job compared to the other 23 episodes in the set. I suspect the shorter runtime is down to the three fade-outs being nearly non-existent (the other 23 episodes the fade-outs are longer).
