Extras Saw IV:

All the extras except the trailers, theatrical trailers, bonus trailers, tv spots and the music video have optional German subtitles. The short film KINGZ is in German with optional English or German subtitles.

Yes, there are two trailers which I forgot to list (no subtitles, both in 1080p):
