The primary US BD ASIN is B07Z761RRX.
The only releases with original mono audio are the Criterion and BMG DVDs, which have a transfer from 2000. All others feature a 2010 digital restoration, for which there were no suitable quality soundtrack elements. Therefore, it was entirely reconstructed in stereo, adding stereo music masters, and subsequently folded down to mono.
There are somewhat contradictory restoration notes (unless the camera negative disappeared between 2000-2010) on each transfer here and here.
DVDs also released in the US by Xenon Pictures (2002 edition) and UK by Odeon Entertainment.
