The Korean Contents Zone BD has a 1.78:1 transfer.

The BD and DVD Caps link has moved.

It's well worth noting the UK Tartan BD infamously has an upscaled standard definition transfer that's actually worse than the Tartan DVD and one of the worst BD transfers ever. The linked DVDCompare review is extremely wide of the mark in its assessment and rating of the video.

Naturally, I'm not suggesting you touch the review. But adding a note to the Tartan listing that it's an upscaled SD transfer would be helpful.
