Blu-ray and additional DVD details added.
I'm keeping the info regarding that the full screen version on the Australian DVD(s), it's stated clear that it's a combined pan-and-scan/open-matte transfer unless you have something to back this up. :/

The documentary titles and audio commentaries still need correcting.
Fair enough on the AR note but the film was shot on super 35 and the 1.33:1 version is definitely not pan and scan - I've checked!
