Quick work Anthony, thanks! I'm afraid you've drawn a reasonable but inaccurate assumption, re Rimini's 2017 single DVD. It's barebones and doesn't contain any of the extras which were made the following year for their BD/DVD combo. The DVD with extras is only in the set.
The 2018 discs contained a newly restored transfer; I've contacted Rimini to find out if that transfer is on their 2017 disc; if so, it's likely the same as the older one on the US DVD.
It's worth adding a footnote: "Also released by Rimini in France as a single barebones DVD. If you know its specs... etc."
