The 1927 version runs 114:16, not 109:09.

The 1958 version is correct.

Any idea of what the 109:09 runtime is referring to? DVDBeaver lists it as the runtime.

Not a clue.

AVC 1080p, Dolby Digital 2.0. Same for the 1910, but it's 24fps rather than 23.976. On that subject, the 1927 version is 23.976 but the 1958 reissue is 24.
