The US is also in the 3-BD Triple Feature (B00634ML5E).

You could add a BD footnote: "The exact same disc has also been issued separately in Holland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland."

The Italian DVD ad needs correcting to ASIN B0049BAWP4.

The Spanish DVD ASIN is B0053C80YS.

Ta! I forgot the Japan BD but note that though it's simpler to list a single Scandinavian release, there actually isn't one. Each of those four countries' releases are as distinct as all the others.

They are the same discs in those countries so we lump them together as "Scandinavia" here, as we've always done. We looked into separating them when Amazon Sweden started, but since the site mostly carried imports rather than domestic (though it may have changed now), we didn't continue with their affiliate program.
