It's 1.32, if you want to be pixel-perfect about it, but then so is the 1937 and probably every other 4:3 DVD, a small number of junk pixels either side is for some reason part of the spec.

I'll just leave it as 1.33:1. It's because the OAR is 1.19:1 as was the norm for early talkies.
