Per your note, can confirm that frame rate appears account for the runtime difference, the longer one syncs perfectly with the shorter one when sped up. Both have exactly the same restoration credits.

Also, not related strictly to this but there are at least a couple of box sets I've found on this site that don't list the films within them as films, only as though they were extras, which means searching by film doesn't work. Kino's "The Movies Begin" set only links A Trip to the Moon, while their Cinema's First Nasty Women set doesn't link the films at all.
