Is this a short by Scorsese? I cannot find info on it. When is it from?

It's a featurette about Scorsese recreating Workers Leaving the Lumière Factory at the 2015 Lumière Festival. The menus are all in French, there's no English on the disc at all, so the title might be a bit weird.
