Blu-ray B Germany - Plaion Pictures [2023 Release]
Limited Edition
1. Contradition re: versions.
On both pages, this release is listed as including an English version and French version, but under the subtitles and soundtracks sections, it lists an English version and German version. I don't know which is correct, although the runtime for the longer version is 2:41 longer than the French version on the Kino Lorber Blu-ray releases, so perhaps it is a different German version. Having said this, IMDb seems only to mention the existence of English and French versions:
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0064791/alternateversions/
2. On the Blu-ray page, the case is listed as a Keep Case, when it should be a Mediabook.
3. According to Blu-ray.com, this release has 2 cover options:
Cover A:
https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Der-aus- ... ay/321469/
Cover B:
https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Der-aus- ... ay/321516/
4. On Blu-ray.com, it states that the 4K UHD disc is region free. This contradicts what is on DVDCompare. However, I assume Eric checked the region B locking himself. So my guess is that Blu-ray.com is incorrect about this, and it was probably assumed to be the case without checking, as UHDs are always supposed to be region free, but are sometimes accidentally region coded using A/B/C as per the Blu-ray regions.

Cover B is an Amazon.de exclusive edition.
Changed the region code.
Can't remember who submitted the specs via email, used to have a couple who did that when they had trouble registering for the forums a while ago.
No idea why the French/German version runs longer on the German edition but Blu-ray.com has a BDInfo post for the 4K that confirms the running time.

Re: Rider on the Rain (1970) Blu-ray / UHD
Ok, I have a few comments, as per my previous numbered points:
1. The entries still contain contradictions - they list a French version, but the subtitles and soundtracks list a German version. I assume the latter should all be changed to "French Version" on both pages.
2. On the Blu-ray page, the case type still needs changing to a Mediabook.
3. Regarding the cover choices, I admit I didn't notice one was an Amazon.de exclusive - is it normal not to list these?
4. Regarding the region coding, I had assumed that you yourself had confirmed that the UHD was region B locked, and that therefore region B was correct, and Blu-ray.com had got it wrong. Is this not the case? I know region locked UHDs are rare, but they do exist. I don't know why it is possible, but my guess is that when the UHD protocol was established, a lot of it was the same as the Blu-ray protocol, and that the region locking ability was retained, just with the understanding that it would never be used, but that some disc authors have locked the region by mistake. This is pure speculation in my part, however.

Re: Rider on the Rain (1970) Blu-ray / UHD UPDATED
Thanks James.
I still don't know the truth about whether the 4K UHD in this set is region locked or not. I don't own it myself, and even if I did, I don't yet own a 4K UHD player. But in general, it is reported that a few movies have been released on region locked UHDs, either by mistake or possibly intentionally.
All other corrections seem to be complete now.
