I don't think this release contains an extended version of the film:

125m will be the BluRay running time at 24fps (the original cinema running time)
120m is the DVD version at 25fps (albeit 15s loonger than previous submissions but this could just be a distributor's ident)

My understanding is that the disk contains both a Blu Ray and a DVD.

Arrow itself stated that it is an extended feature, and it is indeed a two disc set, because I am looking at it right now. One BD and one DVD disc. The feature opens with the Rank ident it always did in the UK (i own the original retail vhs). I guess it can be said that it is quoted but unconfirmed as an extended cut seeing as there appears to be a discrepancy
