Just want to be sure, since I'm looking at various other countries editions to add, and none of them are identical in specs to the Australian discs.
I found a back cover scan of the Australian 3D edition, and it seems to be the same as what you wrote above. I know the UK 3D rear cover says "German" on the 3D and 2D audio and subtitle listing, but it actually only includes German on the 2D disc only.

And i can confirm that the 3D disc has indeed german language on it. Spoken and subtitles.

This was also available as a 4-disc (2D-BD/3DBD/bonus BD/DVD) metal tin edition, which I own. Never heard of any "Illuminated lamp" edition. The Ultraviolent download includes the PIP making-of, but the expiry date is November 5th 2015
