This release appears to be OOP. As far as English-friendly editions go, there is a UK release by Eureka Video, with some bonus material, and a US release by Kino On Video. The French also have a 2-disc Collector's Edition out (French title "Les Aventures fantastiques du baron de Munchhausen").
