I just find this hard to believe because Japan almost never crops their own movies for video.

Image

The rear cover states "16:9 LB - Cinemascope", runtime of 76 minutes. Are you sure you have the Nobuo Nakagawa directed film or did you mistake this for another one again? To be safe, if you could provide a photo or a barcode it will help.

Well i could be mistanken but.. Mine have a different back side that says 4:3
I have a hard time with japanese movies

and a different bar code

The japanese dvd 4947127513388

The greece have also 4:3 on that back siden and cearly inside.

the greek: 5202754101308 (the greek one is impossible to search on. I get 4 other movies so they have obvious lots of barcode duplicates.

The greek and the japanese have identical frontpage so obvious same movie

The DVDs you have are the 1956 movie http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0226538/

The aspect ratio is 1.33:1 which is correct and the runtime as 86 minutes.

Asmund, if you are not sure about a Japanese title, I'm the best resource there is to verify it, so if you ask I will gladly help.

Added them.

If you can't read the title or anything, post pictures of the case or provide a barcode, I'll figure out the rest.
