the unrated blu-ray is the audio commentary found in the r-rated version.
I love this movie. I have been waiting since 2012 for an unrated version. I
have been posting "everywhere".

Running time unrated version; 96 min 26 seconds.
51 seconds of that is intro from Ghost House etc. - so the running time of only the movie is 95:35.
