Submitted by Bodhi SarkarIt may be worth mentioning for The Fast and the Furious (2001) for both Blu-Ray and DVD that it was cut by the MPAA to secure a PG-13 rating. It was originally rated R. It is this version that has been released worldwide.
There is actually a featurette on the DVD and Blu-Ray ("Editing for a Motion Picture Association Of America" featurette (4:35) ) - which shows how they trimmed the offending scene.
Details of what was cut is described here:

Re: The Fast and the Furious
Going through and fixing up the existing entries now, but one thing that is not clear: There is no evidence that the international versions are "uncut" or not. The Melon Farmers link states that the US PG-13 cut was submitted to the BBFC, and the runtime of 102 minutes is on par with the currently entered PAL Estonian release at 102 minutes. So a note has been added to say that it was precut and an unrated version has never been made available.
