Mad Max DVD vs Blu-Ray
I've got the Mad Max trilogy on DVD and I was thinking of getting the anthology on Blu-Ray. Is it worth upgrading or would I be better off just picking up Fury Road to finish off my collection? I'm a big fan of the series and a bit worried that the Blu-Ray transfer might be a bit too clean.

Best to get the Shout! Factory Blu of the first movie, and get the High Octane set for the rest of the movies. You will have an overlap with the first movie but considering the Shout has more extras and lossless Australian audio, it's worth the overlap.

Thanks James. Have you got any idea what the Blu-Ray transfer is like?

The Shout release of Mad Max is region-A locked, which could be an issue if you're in the UK. If you can't play A-locked discs, get the Australian release. It's light on the extras but has lossless original audio, unlike all the other B or region-free releases.

Yeah region A would be a problem for me. Thanks for all your help boys.
