They are for all dialogue. There is another Norwegian subtitle track for only the Urdu dialogue (if I remember this correctly — I had to return the disc already) and it cannot be selected from the subtitle menu. This track is on by default if one selects “Norway” from the root menu, but can of course be set off via remote control when the film is playing.
