Title: The Curse of the Werewolf (1961) DVD (UK 2 disc steelbook, limited edition of 2000)
Country: UK
Region: 2
Releasing Studio: Final Cut Entertainment
Case Type: steelbook
Aspect Ratio: 1.85:1
Anamorphic?: Yes
PAL or NTSC?: PAL
Soundtracks: English Dolby Digital 2.0 Dual Mono
Subtitles (are they optional?): None
Cuts: No cuts (89:05 PAL) - note this includes about 9 seconds of an opening title card, white text on black background, saying "Final Cut Entertainment presents". I do not know if this is absent on the non-steelbook version, but it might explain the 10 second time difference.
Commentaries: none
Extras:

"The Making of The Curse of the Werewolf" (44:17)
"The Curse of the Werewolf: Lycanthropy, the Beast in All of Us" (3:16)
Stills Gallery (3:20)
(NOTE: these seem to be the same extras as on the Final Cut Entertainment Blu-ray, except the Blu-ray also has a new extra "Censoring the Werewolf" (13:20) which is not on this DVD)
In the case: set of 8 postcards based on the original UK theatrical stills
Notes:
Easter Eggs: none known
Amazon ASIN: B0067LXQA2
Source: I own a copy
Additional Note:
I have recently acquired the Final Cut Entertainment Blu-ray, which has an AR of about 2.00:1. I expected the Blu-ray to be a wider image (extra picture at the sides), but comparing the two, the Blu-ray is the same width but cropped top and bottom. I've no idea why, as on most screens this simply replaces part of the original image with black. Basically, I am confirming that the Final Cut Blu-ray is cropped compared with this 1.85:1 version - and therefore is presumably also cropped compared with the 1.85:1 Blu-rays, although I don't own any of those to do a direct comparison.
