The listed US disc is actually region free, as is the identical UK BD (ASIN B077MW3J8N).
I was going to add the German BD (ASIN B00HHO8WIO) as all the details are here, bar the codec. Any ideas?

You could amend it to "Super 8mm version". It's a cut-down, condensed version of the main feature, on super 8mm film. They were common in the days before home video, and a relatively inexpensive way for people to own at least an approximation of popular films. There's a brief explanation on Wikipedia, but a quick search will yield more info.
These days, they're little more than an interesting curio, but their inclusion is quite common on German releases of classic films.

Thanks for the explanation. One more thing, UK and US releases include DTS-HD Master Audio 2.1 Sensurround track. Can anyone confirm soundtracks on German disc?

You're welcome. Several sources give the audio as two 2.0 stereo tracks, though the rear sleeve says 5.1 DTS-HD MA. But these two reviews say both tracks are actually 2.1, which seems most likely:
