Classe tous risques R2 UK

http://dvdcompare.net/comparisons/film.php?fid=13049

Dual Format UK release by BFI, 1 x Blu-Ray and 1 x DVD

Title: Classe tous risques
Country: UK
Region: R2
Releasing Studio: BFI
Case Type: Keep case

DISC ONE (Blu-Ray Copy)
(specs already in the db, http://dvdcompare.net/comparisons/film.php?fid=26551 )

DISC TWO (DVD)
Aspect Ratio: 1.66:1 (nearer to 1.64:1 by measurement)
Anamorphic?: Yes
PAL or NTSC?: PAL
Soundtracks:
- French Dolby Digital 2.0 mono
Subtitles: English (there is no option in the DVD menu to turn off the subtitles, but I could do this using the tools in the Apple DVD Player and VLC so it’s probably possible to do so from a DVD player’s remote control)
Cuts: Original UK cinema release was cut https://bbfc.co.uk/releases/classe-tous-risques-1960 . According to the booklet, the transfer was done by TF1 from the original 35mm negative: I’m guessing this was a French negative so it probably doesn't have the cuts, but I haven't investigated further.
Duration: 103:51
Commentaries:
Extras:
- “Monsieur Ventura" featurette (35:41)
- French Trailer (3:39)
- US Trailer (1:54)
- Play All option
Notes:
In the case:
- 16-page booklet with new essays by John Patterson and Geoff Andrews, and full film credits.
ASIN: B00GINB9F8
Sources:
- I borrowed the DVD from the library

I think the year for this film should be 1960, not 1961.

The Blu-Ray specs http://dvdcompare.net/comparisons/film.php?fid=26551 are missing the following:
- Definite:
-- 16-page booklet with new essays by John Patterson and Geoff Andrews, and full film credits.
- The dvdbeaver screenshots show that the Blu-Ray’s menus are identical to the DVD’s so these two points probably also are missing:
-- Play All option for extras
-- Subtitles: English (there is no option in the Blu-Ray menu to turn off the subtitles, but it's possible to do this from a Blu-Ray player’s remote control). From https://www.thedigitalfix.com/film/cont ... s-risques/ : "The English subtitles are optional, but you can only deselect them via your remote, not from an on-screen menu. "

German Blu-Rays:
- https://ssl.ofdb.de/view.php?page=fassu ... vid=402358
- https://ssl.ofdb.de/view.php?page=fassu ... vid=431051 (probably the same but in a box-set and without the booklet)
